About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our team at Din Tai Fung. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment workflow, advising our business on corporate-level hiring, and mentoring the talent acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Collaborate with department leaders to identify future hiring needs, attract and select candidates, and bring candidates along for the full candidate journey.
  • Vacancy Profiling: Create recruitment profiles for entry-level to senior executive roles, engage with hiring executives, and develop a role profile.
  • Candidate Pipeline: Develop and maintain an entry-level to senior executive candidate pipeline through personal networking, proactive sourcing, research, and various talent attraction and engagement methods.
  • Employee Assessment: Lead standardization activities to ensure workplace assessments meet internal quality standards and national standards.
  • Screen Candidate Applications: Carry out online research and interviews, review career histories, and validate applications for assistant to senior management and executive roles.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop stakeholder engagement by identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs, issues, and concerns, and reacting to these needs, issues, and concerns.
  • Recruitment Campaigns: Create recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates, research the characteristics of key candidate target groups, and develop messaging that is relevant and attractive to candidates.
  • Assessment Design: Create assessment in line with an established specification, identify, tailor, and validate preexisting assessment methods, and develop and validate new content where appropriate.
  • Candidate Relationship Management / Pipeline Management: Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex existing pipelines, identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers, and enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.
  • Future Talent Recruitment: Create multichannel future talent recruitment campaigns to attract large numbers of high-quality candidates, develop messaging that is tuned to values and aspirations of graduates/school leavers, and identify relevant career fairs and cost-efficient media, social media, or other channels.
  • Information and Business Advice: Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues, and enabling others to take appropriate actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
  • Over 6 years of full life cycle recruiting or a combination of sourcing and recruiting experience required.
  • Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others.
  • Experience of general supervision of more junior colleagues is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to adapt to change.
  • Positive and Professional Attitude.
