Well established and growing company is looking for an **Accounts Receivable Lead **for its facility in East Dundee, IL.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage accounts receivable process.
- Ensure accurate timely invoicing, billing and collections, monitor customer accounts for delinquencies.
- Responsible for investigating and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to accounts receivable.
- Develops and maintains courteous and effective working relationships with customers.
- Communicate with staff in multiple departments including but not limited to Management and Sales.
- Responsible for providing regular reports on accounts receivable status.
- Oversees the A/R department and its employees, this includes interviewing, hiring, training and termination of employees.
- Managing staff hours and payroll.
- Maintains job related confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Compassion for our animals, customers, and employees
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- 2-3 years of accounts receivable experience.
- Proven competent leadership skills, as well as the ability to exercise independent and good judgment, and resourcefulness in resolving questions or problems.
- Requires strong communication skills.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including outlook
