We are hiring an administrative assistant to join our security team in South Plainfield NJ. You will be responsible for the admin support of the Security Department.

The ideal person for this position already has experience with business to business customer service and day to day office support in the trades.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience supporting a security and/or fire alarm company. (or other skilled trade contractor)
- Provide administrative support such as billing, ordering equipment, inventory management, technician paperwork management, data entry, answer busy phones and other.
- Update customer files as information is received.
- Work independently while also working as a teammate.
- Multitask.
- Quick Learner.
- Dedication to delivering excellent customer service to our clients.
- Nurture customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Office-Word, Outlook, Excel etc.
- Must like and adapt to the small office culture where you will sometimes wear many hats.

Salary commensurate with experience, and a full benefits package including 401K, medical, vacation, paid holidays etc.
