- **WHAT YOU'LL DO**
As part of La Gran Familia of Brand Ambassadors, you embody and serve as the face of Bacardi’s portfolio of brands and display tremendous knowledge of all spirit categories. Multicultural Regional Ambassadors serve as an extension of the sales and marketing teams to increase and elevate the awareness of their brands through key culturally relevant programs that support underrepresented communities and be visible at national trade events, both in the on
- and off-trade channels. These roles will be inclusive and focus on the Black, Latin, Asian, and LGBTQ+ communities.
- Collaborate with the BUSA Multi-Cultural RMMs to ensure all objectives are being achieved
- Establish credibility with Multi-Cultural trade through Moments that Matter programming
- Connect Bacardi portfolio of brands through culturally relevant education & programming
- Inspire key Multicultural trade through mentorship and coaching to elevate underrepresented communities
- Manage and collaborate with on-premise Multicultural partners developing creative solutions to help drive business and growth for our brands through intentional programming
- Generate Bacardi Portfolio awareness while educating Multi-Cultural trade in the on-trade channel, including key customers, by bringing to life brand programs to life (e.g., social media, events, happy hours, training, dinners, etc.)
- Manage a Multicultural focus account list across the home market while supporting other markets from a regional perspective
- Focus on education and engagement around Bacardi’s portfolio of brands to help drive recommendations
- Actively use social media to drive trade and consumer engagement creatively and organically.
- Gather information from the market, social media, and competition and transform this information into insights and opportunities for the brand.
- Lead projects and present disruptive ideas that give the Bacardi Portfolio a competitive advantage and highest return on investment.
- Ensure the delivery of programming objectives on time and on budget.
- Effectively report all financial transactions and commitments to the Advocacy leadership team in a timely manner.
- Utilize the PULSE Reporting Tool to plan, manage, and report on all activity in the field.
- Provide requested materials for a recap of all events in a timely manner.

**WAYS TO STAND OUT IN THE CROWD**
- **Must reside in California**:

- High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have Bartender and/or Hospitality management experience
- Bar manager/beverage director/on-premise consultant experience and/or 7 + years of work experience in the hospitality industry is desirable
- Culturally connected in your home market to identify relevant events/activations to support
- Preferred brand ambassador experience and/or experience as a brand consultant.
- Expertise & passion in the hospitality industry and competition in your respective brand category
- Deep understanding of cocktail development, execution, and facilitating drink consultancy for our key customers.
- Comprehensive understanding of the on-premise universe and ability to leverage partnership and custom programming to drive commercial performance
- Have the acumen to build relationships with business owners, bartenders, influencers, and consumers in the Multicultural space
- Ability to manage multiple projects and manage assigned budgets.
- Influential and excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You will have opportunities to display excellent written and verbal communication skills while also delivering impactful presentations in front of groups of people, including executives, distributor partners, vendors, and customers (both internal and external) at all levels of an organization.
