Job Title:         FILA Brand Ambassador – NYC Pop-Up

Status:             Part-Time, August – October

Availability:     Flexible schedule with up to 32 hrs/wk

Pay rate:          $22-25/hour Note that this range is representative of earning potential and actual pay will be based on skills, experience, and/or geographic location

Winston Retail provides retail merchandising and a full suite of services including creative design and marketing.  Our passionate and talented team is responsible for retail presentations for top fashion, image, and lifestyle brands. As a fun and invigorating organization, we look for employees who are energetic and ready to influence the industry by working with our brand clients.

 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team at an exciting new pop-up experience for FILA, located in the heart of Soho, NY. As a Brand Ambassador, you will embody the spirit of FILA, engaging with customers to provide an exceptional brand experience. Your responsibilities will include showcasing our latest product and fashion collections, communicating FILA’s heritage and values, and fostering strong relationships with our clientele.This position reports directly to the Winston Retail Regional Manager – Retal and the Account Manager,
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent FILA with enthusiasm and professionalism, embodying the brand's ethos.
• Engage customers with in-depth product knowledge and styling expertise.
• Provide exceptional customer service to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Assist in maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the pop-up store.
• Collaborate with the Winston management team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Build rapport with executive-level and high-profile clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in retail with a record of providing exceptional customer service required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public relations skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Passion for fashion and keen eye for style, coupled with the ability to inspire and engage customers.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail operations
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule, which include mornings, evenings, weekends, extended hours, and holidays (as necessary).

• Proficient in capturing crisp, clear mirror image photography (showcase completed work)

• Must have the ability to upload a report, which includes multiple photos, to our reporting site via the app • Ability to lift to 25 pounds
