**Job duties**

Oversees the performance of field staff for various projects. Responsible for ordering, scheduling, equipment & supply budget. Coordinating the work and managing the team's activities ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Daily payroll. Provide management & leadership for the full-time, part-time, & contracted housekeeping employees, including training of new hires on equipment essential to performing their assigned tasks.

Walk assigned areas 75% of the day to
- Generate daily punch lists of work needing to be done
- Ensure staff is staying on task/schedule
- Complete daily quality control inspections as work is completed
- Inspect janitor closets to ensure they are clean, stocked, & OSHA compliant Check “hot spots” list daily (TBD)

Coordinate specialty cleaning work with floor crew.

Manage the preventative maintenance & servicing of small housekeeping equipment (chariots, extractors, walk-behinds, vacuums). Perform weekly inspections to ensure there is no damage & that they are being cleaned out/maintained properly by the staff. Submit work orders through the proper systems when service is necessary.

Provide corrective measures to staff when work performance standards or company rules/regulations are not being met. Any corrective action involving a job reclassification, suspension, or termination must be approved by Project Manager.
