The Role

CCC is seeking a forward-thinking, enthusiastic, and experienced enablement leader to join the Market Operations & Enablement group as Director, Revenue Enablement. In this role you will have the opportunity to drive significant value for our Market Operations organization which includes Sales and Customer Success. A critical part of the role will involve building and growing the team. This critical role requires deep expertise in enablement and experience developing and executing innovative enablement solutions. This is a highly consultative and collaborative role in which you will partner with leadership and front-line teams in all areas of the business to identify skill gaps, make recommendations, and lead execution on how the Enablement team will help drive performance and results for the Market teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, develop and grow the Revenue Enablement function.
- Create an at-ready messaging and enablement program that supports the sales and service organization to meet/exceed revenue targets through engaging customer interactions that increase sales velocity.
- Work with the Product Marketing, Product Management, and Learning Services to build enablement around product solution packages and pricing.
- Partner with Market Operations to design and deliver enablement processes as they relate to the Salesforce Lightning upgrade, including best practices for running the business in Salesforce.
- Support the creation of all major enablement related content for large internal employee trainings, trade shows, and CCC’s annual client conference.

- Data Driven: Ability to use data to design and measure enablement.

**Requirements**:
Position Requirements:

- 8+ years of work experience in Enablement focused functions.
- Solid strategic planning skills combined with exceptional project execution capabilities.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to analyze data and reports.
- Collaborative and growth-focused mindset with leadership capabilities and the ability to influence and inspire all the teams they interact with.
- Excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Enablement processes and systems.
- Clear strategic thinker with vision and with the ability to execute priorities.
- Advanced power point presentation skills and an ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills including scheduling, workstream management, risk management, status reporting and resource management.
- Expertise in Salesforce best practices for deal execution and customer success in addition to other enablement tools such as Seismic.
