**School Description**:
The Transportation Office handles student transporation for Biddeford, Dayton and Acton Schools.
**Brief Job Duties**:

- Assist with scheduling of apppointments, meetings and vehicle repairs
- Communicate with students and parents in a postive and friendly way
- Maintain compliance for transportation routes and student population records
- Assist in maintaining accurate driver's files, financial records, process purchase orders including accounts payable and receivables.
- Coordinate drug screening process for all drivers
- Support payroll process as needed by verifying time, attendance, and entry

Criminal History Record Check (CHRC), which includes Fingerprints on file with the Maine Department of Education
**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivelent;

- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google
