Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the operating area or department, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain documents, records, and files, both in physical and electronic formats, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Data Entry: Input and update data into relevant databases, spreadsheets, and systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, presentations, and agendas, as well as handling expense reports and managing office supplies.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other team members and departments to facilitate seamless operations and information flow.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and actions, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks.
- Research: Conduct research as needed to support projects, initiatives, or decision-making processes within the operating area.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues and challenges in a proactive and timely manner.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
