**Description**:Engineering consulting firm is looking for a part-time administration assistant/ bookkeeper to assist with office administration and operation, bookkeeping and accounting, and other office related tasks,

**Location**: Philadelphia, PA

**H&J International, PC (HPC)**: is a multidiscipline professional engineering corporation providing engineering design and project management consulting services for transportation, transit, urban development, and other public and private sectors.

**Responsibilities**:
The administration assistant/bookkeeper will provide support in office operations, administration, book keeping and accounting, business development, and other office development related tasks. The job duties may include but not be limited to:

- Office operation - managing office space, equipment, and facility, handling office supplies, human resource management and other administration tasks.
- Book keeping and accounting - maintaining books, account reconciliation, collecting account receivable, processing account payable, assisting with audits, and other accounting tasks.
- Office and business development - supporting office and business development, assisting registrations and certifications, monitoring bids and conducting searches, and providing assistance with proposal and marketing.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

**Salary Range**:
The salary is commensurate with education and experience with a range of $30,000 to $40,000. A competitive benefits package is offered to full-time employees.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
