We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and help us reach and support more families in need.

Job Description Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of our organization's marketing efforts, including establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, referral sources, and managed care organizations. This role involves responding to customer requests and concerns, negotiating service contracts, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily marketing operations, including the establishment and implementation of marketing initiatives.

2. Ensure compliance with laws, statutes, and regulations regarding anti-kickback, lawful marketing activities, patient solicitation, and marketing materials.

3. Utilize marketing and promotional initiatives to meet budgetary volume projections.

4. Build and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and payer groups.

5. Recruit, select, orient, and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and ethical marketing practices.

6. Lead strategic planning efforts to identify opportunities for service expansion and improvement.

7. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the national hospice market, including key players and competitor positioning.

8. Share marketing insights and knowledge with the team, contributing to a learning environment.

9. Stay informed about community resources relevant to our patients and their families.

Position Qualifications:

- A minimum of three years’ experience in health care marketing management, ideally within hospice care operations.
- Proven ability to supervise and direct both professional and administrative staff.
- Strong marketing, negotiation, and public relations skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact tactfully with customers and the community.
- Demonstrated independence, organizational skills, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperative spirit in performing job responsibilities.
