Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise therapy centers, manage center staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management: Oversee center financial statements, including profit and loss performance, and develop strategic plans to improve financial outcomes.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase center referrals.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Staff Development: Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for center staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduation from a physical therapist education program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
  • Licensure: State licensure/registration where applicable.
  • Skills and Abilities: Effective organizational, time management, and planning skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively as a team member and lead a team; and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite technologies.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting: Ability to lift patients using biomechanical techniques frequently throughout the workday/shift; must be capable of easily lifting 50 pounds of dead weight alone.
  • Visual Acuity: Sufficient to evaluate, diagnose, and monitor patient needs and maintain accurate records, recognize people, and provide directions.
  • Speech and Hearing: Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand and give directions.
