  5. Merchandising and Marketing: Maintain all merchandising directives and marketing strategies, ensuring a strong brand presence in the store.
  6. Employee Development: Coach, motivate, and develop store associates to achieve their full potential.
  7. Store Maintenance: Ensure a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers and employees.
  8. Problem-Solving: Resolve customer and associate issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of high-volume retail management experience, with multi-store experience preferred.
  2. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  3. Knowledge: Proficiency in PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management, and electronic point-of-sale and inventory management systems.
