We're in search of a Sales Administrator who excels in customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and adept sales support. You'll be the primary contact for our customers, handling inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. - Process orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining our high service standards.
- Ensure precise data management in orders and invoices, promptly addressing any customer queries.

- Proven experience in Sales Administration or Support, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong understanding of sales metrics and best practices in customer service.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Collaborative team player with a commitment to achieving goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero and inventory management software like Unleashed is highly valued.
- Certification in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is advantageous.
