**Job Brief**:
We're in search of a Sales Administrator who excels in customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and adept sales support. You'll be the primary contact for our customers, handling inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining our high service standards.
- Ensure precise data management in orders and invoices, promptly addressing any customer queries.
- Collaborate closely with our Logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales and customer interactions to support decision-making and relationship management
- Generate monthly sales reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate the collection and analysis of customer feedback to drive continuous enhancement of our products and services.
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of sales targets, promptly reporting any deviations to the sales team.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers at our headquarters, embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
- Address invoicing issues promptly and professionally, safeguarding our reputation for reliability.

- Provide support for ancillary sales initiatives and maintain accurate records.
- Execute various tasks with meticulous attention to detail, including procurement and equipment management.
- Coordinate effectively with relevant teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience in Sales Administration or Support, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong understanding of sales metrics and best practices in customer service.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Collaborative team player with a commitment to achieving goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero and inventory management software like Unleashed is highly valued.
- Certification in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is advantageous.
