Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate sales by suggesting products, promoting sales, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of store merchandise.
  • Merchandise product, including receiving, stocking, and displaying merchandise in accordance with company standards.
  • Support store management in achieving sales goals, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including processing transactions, handling customer returns, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • 6 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow instructions, as well as communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Working Conditions

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a moderate noise level. The associate will be required to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and use a variety of tools and equipment.

Compensation

$12.50 per hour.
