**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager at our Murrieta office. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including overseeing the staff, managing payroll through ADP, overseeing medical billing and collections, providing customer service to patients, coordinating with IT and other vendors. They will coordinate with staff members to ensure smooth and efficient workflows, handle patient inquiries, and assist with office administration duties. They need to be able to work well with staff and providers.

**Qualifications**
- Must have previous experience as a office manager.
- Must have good knowledge of the billing and collections process in a medical office.
- Need excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The position needs high attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Assign daily responsibilities to office staff.
- Hire and train staff on office policies and procedures.
- Fostering a collaborative work environment with both the staff and the providers.
- You will be supervising about 15 employees.
- Review and monitor daily staff time sheets on ADP and ensure that break and overtime policies are followed.
- Address patient or insurance complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Supervise the billers and collectors to make sure that the billing and appeals process are timely and collections are up to date.
- Monitor accounts receivables and make sure that they are appropriately low.
- Identify areas of improvement and make changes appropriately.
- Maintain practice accounting on QuickBooks.
- Handle human resource issues.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations
