Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Direct and manage hospital departments to maximize quality of services and profits. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Quality and Safety: Develop and implement quality programs and services to meet community needs. Manage and implement programs to ensure all employees are committed to quality and service.
  • Leadership and Development: Manage and develop employees to achieve highest performance. Establish direction, coach employees, provide feedback, and build commitment.
Requirements
  • Five years of hospital experience with a minimum of two to three years as a senior level manager.
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in Business, Health Administration, or other closely related field.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple diverse departments.
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and communicate with individuals and groups.
  • Knowledge of financial implications of decisions, including budgeting and forecasting.
