Job Summary: The Security Patrol Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety of the client's property by maintaining vigilant observation, identifying, and reporting any suspicious activities. This position involves conducting regular patrols, monitoring perimeter security, and documenting all relevant incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exemplary customer service by adhering to strict safety and security protocols, as well as site-specific regulations.
  • Effectively manage incidents and emergencies with a calm and analytical demeanor.
  • Conduct thorough foot patrols to identify potential threats or unlawful behavior.
  • Promptly communicate any unusual activities to supervisory staff or relevant law enforcement agencies.
  • Carefully prepare detailed reports summarizing observations, collected intelligence, and surveillance activities.
  • Issue verbal warnings, carry out detentions (if necessary), or contact law enforcement to address security violations or criminal actions.
  • Adapt to various work environments and conditions as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid California Guard Card.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required.
Candidate Profile:
  • Strong proficiency in English communication (both oral and written).
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding client service.
  • Physically capable of performing tasks that include standing, walking, and sitting.
  • Successful completion of a thorough background check (including criminal history, driving records, drug screening, etc.).
