**Job Overview**:
As the Administrative Assistant, you will assist with the community-wide “Lifestyle Events” and help support recreational, social, cultural, and entertainment values designed to enrich the quality of life for the residents. This position will also oversee exterior inspections of homes in a large residential community association, documenting compliance issues and confirming completion of exterior projects pursuant to written approvals. Light office duties will be required from time to time.

**Compensation**: $19 per hour

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide top-tier customer service to our residents and guests
- Provide top-tier customer service to our residents and guests while always maintaining a professional demeanor
- Partner with a Committee, Board of Directors, and Residents for community events
- Take rental reservations and works to maintain the quality of customer service to those customers
- Perform general administrative tasks (notary services, general bookkeeping) using Excel
- Update social media posts and community website
- Position requires weekend availability as required by weekend reservations and association needs
- Assist Lifestyle Director with day-to-day operations and activities within the inner office
- Assist the Lifestyle Director with resident clubs, programs, classes and special community-wide events
- Assist with updating social media and marketing events
- Create and distribute community event flyers and tickets
- Create informational signs for important community events or reminders as needed
- Attend and assist in planned activities and special events, to include set-up and tear-down and decorating for holidays and special events
- Provide reports as needed to the General Manager, Lifestyle Director and Board
- May participate in any variety of meetings & groups to integrate the community activities, obtain approvals, and communicate to resolve issues. This means you must maintain specified levels of knowledge pertaining to new policies, requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinates key fob set up and amenity access for new residents
- Enter all architectural requests on behalf of residents
- Conduct routine compliance inspections

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 2+ years of office experience required

**Physical Requirements**:

- Sit or stand for extended periods of time in an office environment
- Able to safely lift, carry, and move up to 20 pounds

**Work Location**: Marley Park Community Association; 15210 W Sweetwater Ave. Surprise, AZ 85379

**Work Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p with evenings and weekends as required
