Print a Sales order/ Backorder report daily.

Enter sales orders into the system and prepare for invoicing.

Process delivery notes and attach bill of ladings.

Update shipping log daily.

Forward documents to accounts receivable.

Receive product into the Impact system daily.

Update receiving log.

Forward documents to accounts payable.

Responsible for scheduling trucks in/out.

Update product locator daily.

Willingness to be part of a team
- performing other duties as necessary.

Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports.

**Supervisory Responsibility**:

**Work Environment**:
This job operates in an industrial office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

**Physical Demands**:
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

**Position Type and Expected Hours of Work**:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM

**Travel**:
No overnight travel is expected for this position. There may be occasional local day travel.

**Required Education and Experience**:
High School diploma or higher

**Preferred Education and Experience**:
1. Manufacturing experience preferred.
