Development Services Assistant

**_This is a part-time temporary position. The position will be scheduled approximately 20 hours per week. The assignment is scheduled to end on 6/21/24._**

**SUMMARY**

First point of contact to assist internal and external customers. Responds to inquiries both on the telephone and at a public counter. Provides customer services and administrative support to the facility and clients of the AZ TechCelerator or within City Hall, to include: work order coordination, security badge and access assignments, general support for facility operation services for clients, programming and special events. Works closely with the Economic Development team providing administrative support performing data entry, preparing reports, proofreading basic correspondence and conducting research.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
High school diploma or GED, and one year of experience in an administrative-related field including customer service sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed in the job description.
- Additional education cannot be substituted for experience.
