Bespoke Aesthetics in West Palm Beach is seeking a **highly motivated Patient Care Coordinator/ Receptionist. **Must have a bubbly, friendly, outgoing personality, and a neat, professional appearance. Potential for growth into Practice Manager position in the future.
- Proficient computer skills (Apple) are necessary._ In order to be successful as our patient coordinator an attention to five-star customer service is essential; from answering each phone call, to greeting our patients by name with a smile. You are the first person our patients will speak with on the phone and see upon arriving to our state-of-the-art practice.
**Patient Coordinator Role**:
Adheres to guidelines in Bespoke Aesthetics Employee Handbook
Greets all patients by name upon arrival for their appointment
Answer phone calls in a polite yet energetic manner, take messages when appropriate
Registers all new patients in EMR / updates existing patients’ information as needed
Schedule/Change appointments in our electronic medical records system
Collecting payments upon checkout
Notifies support staff of patient’s arrival in timely manner
Participates in office trainings
Maintains a clean and organized patient lounge area
Work together as a team player with other team members
Discusses treatment plans with patients when necessary with confidence
