Overview:
The **NDT Level III** will be familiar with the codes, standards, and other contractual doc-uments utilized at Element. A Level III shall be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations for the technique/method to which certified and should be capable of directing the work of train-ees and Level 1 & 2 personnel. The Level III Technician will have an advanced knowledge of product manufacturing and inspection technology. Will consider 5+ year experience in Level II, with ability to move to Levell III.

**Salary**: $90K/yr-$140K/yr

**Responsibilities**:

- Contract review: Ensure client requirements are met on each project involving: Review and approving work orders and making changes accordingly
- Create profiles for new part numbers and update old profiles
- Creating and approving all RT techniques, ensuring they meet client and project requirements
- Department procedure creation, maintenance and review
- Assist Quality Manager with client audits
- Ensure equipment is calibrated / certified per required procedures and client requirements
- Contact customers with technical questions regarding information missing on purchase orders
- Conduct performance reviews for all certified technicians
- Certify & re-certify inspectors
- Review certifications for corrections and revisions
- Provides excellent customer service
- Performs other duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- High level computer user: Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
- Diverse knowledge of Aerospace NDT specifications. Added benefit with exposure to, Boeing, GE, Honeywell, and Pratt
- Familiar with testing codes and standards
- Must be able to read and write English
