**Responsibilities**:
Recruitment and Selection:
◦ Coordinate and conduct job fairs, open houses, and other recruitment events to promote Phoenix Health Services as an employer of choice.

◦ Facilitate the hiring process, including making job offers, conducting background checks, and coordinating new hire orientations.

Employee Relations:
◦ Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance and support as needed.

◦ Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

◦ Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in retention and employee satisfaction.

HR Administration:
◦ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and compliance documentation.

◦ Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

◦ Support payroll processing, timekeeping, and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance and administrative teams.

Talent Development:
◦ Partner with department heads to identify training and development needs within the organization.

◦ Coordinate training programs, workshops, and other learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

◦ Monitor employee performance and progress, providing feedback and coaching to support professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
