Client Service Coordinator

INSPIRE Physical Therapy and Wellness is seeking a Client Coordinator/Office Manager to join our innovative business model, providing outpatient PT and OT services directly in clients' homes across Connecticut and Rhode Island.

**The Role**
As our Client Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our unique business model. You'll be the linchpin between our clients, therapists, and administrative team, ensuring that every aspect of our services runs seamlessly.
**Qualifications**
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Insurance Verification: experience with Medicare part B insurance verification and checking client eligibility and working closely with the Billing Department.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail is a must, especially when it comes to insurance verification and scheduling.
- Team Player: Collaboration is key in our fast-paced environment. We need someone who thrives in a team setting.
- Organized: From managing schedules to maintaining records, you'll need top-notch organizational skills.
- Procedure and Policy Creation: Ability to streamline processes and develop efficient procedures and policies; improve quality and productivity by identifying improvement opportunities
- Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication is essential, both internally and with clients.

- Community Outreach: Engage in light community outreach activities to promote our services and foster relationships within the community.
- Medical Billing: Experience with physical therapy and occupational therapy billing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Aligns with Strategy: Develops recommendations to align with the organization's strategic direction.
- Customer Service Standards: Ensures staff interacts with patients courteously and professionally, holding them accountable for service standards.
- Performance Management: Sets performance expectations, conducts appraisals, and provides ongoing training and coaching to staff.
- Hiring and Training: Work with the Founder to train new hired, providing orientation and training using documented policies and procedures.
- Schedule Management: Maintains staff schedules to complement provider schedules, manages attendance, and coordinates time off. All therapists are responsible for their own daily schedules.
- Customer Relations: Maintains positive customer relationships, resolves conflicts, and educates employees on customer service.
- Communication: Facilitates effective communication between staff, management, and customers to ensure success.
- Teamwork Promotion: Promotes teamwork within the practice and actively seeks opportunities for collaboration.
- Staff Meetings: Conducts monthly staff meetings (with the Founder) to address issues, improvement initiatives, and promote teamwork.
- Community Outreach: Work closely with the team to identify new referral sources, maintain community relationships with current referral sources, attend community events to help in the promotion of the mission/vision of INSPIRE.
