As a Senior Accountant, you will: Plan and oversee the auditing process Work with managers to allocate responsibilities to intern and staff auditors Review team members’ work for accuracy and compliance Prepare financial reports Prepare Federal and State tax returns Provide accounting and tax services for small businesses and individuals Actively engage in personal and professional development

Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in the public accounting field Ability to work independently while supervising others Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact with management and clients Proven ability to sustain a high level of drive enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when coping with pressure at work Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize engagements Must be able to travel based on client and business needs Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited college/university; master’s degree and professional certification (such as CPA) is a bonus
