We are seeking an experienced Network Data Analyst to join our Network Data Insights and Analytics team. The role will be responsible for mining internal data sources and leveraging network monitoring tools to produce meaningful reports and insights for IT and Business stakeholders. The role will partner with development teams in designing and producing network dashboards, reports, and presentation content for the Network Observability product line. The Network Data Analyst will partner with Capacity Planning, Network Monitoring, and Network Automation teams to ensure effective performance measurements of critical network components, such as routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and other core network components.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a member of a development team for delivering executive dashboards end-to-end with actionable insights.
- Be an energetic, approachable self-starter who is passionate about data, data mining, and AIOps network monitoring tools.
- Subject matter generalist for network monitoring tools, leveraging tooling capabilities to expose opportunities and generate meaningful insights that influence decisions for network growth and enhancements.
- Develop visually appealing and organized network analytics across different personas which include executives, product leaders and DevOps engineers.
- Develop and implement proactive activities using automation, AIOps tools, performance management tools, and intelligent alerting mechanisms.

- Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, writing clear and concise presentations and interfacing with peer, management, stakeholders and executives.
- Possess desire to build powerful, simple, well-designed reporting services that will provide value to stakeholders.

- Ability to adapt current work processes to meet emerging needs and the ability to evaluate new ideas and proposed methods for practicality and ease of implementation.

Qualification and Experience:

- Foundational level certifications in AIOps, Data Science, or similar.
- Exposure to a large global network infrastructure of Routers, switches, LAN/SD-WAN, Firewalls, etc.
- 2+ years’ experience with two or more of the following network monitoring, reporting and observability tools: Sev-One, ThousandEyes, Moogsoft, Dynatrace, NetBrain, ELK.
- 2+ years’ experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, Grafana or equivalent.
- Experience in building actionable dashboards in any of the BI Platforms.
- Exposure to SQL queries and it use in building dashboards and reports.
- Exposure to one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.
- Passionate about data and good data evangelist.
- HS Diploma required.
