Position Title: Appian BPM / Database Consultant

Number of Openings: 1

Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite

Contract Duration: Long-Term

Client: HCL

Essential Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years of expertise in Appian BPM (Business Process Management) and Oracle Database, including PL/SQL.

Role Description: We are looking for a Database Subject Matter Expert (SME) with advanced Appian BPM capabilities, proficient in the design, development, and deployment of business process management solutions utilizing the Appian platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor fellow Appian developers while collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams.
  • Design and execute intricate process models, user interfaces, integration components, and reports using Appian Designer, Appian Sites, and Appian Tempo.
  • Implement best practices and standards for Appian development and deployment, ensuring the quality and performance of applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, providing support to end-users and clients.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Appian features and technologies, offering recommendations for enhancements.
  • Coordinate with on-site engineers and participate in client communications.
  • Identify risks and issues, escalating them to senior management and clients as necessary.
  • Conduct data analysis and modeling to query the Oracle database effectively.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of database security and best practices.
  • Utilize SQL or PL/SQL to create views, joins, and perform data transformations.
  • Engage in data migration activities as required.
  • Contribute to process improvement and compliance efforts, participating in technical design discussions and reviewing technical documentation.
