**Primary Responsibilities of an Business Manager**:

- Shadow senior lead acquisition specialists and work closely with our lead acquisition team to increase our clients potential footprint in the local area
- Reach out to interested customers and inform them of the available products, services and promotions
- Contact warm leads, execute presentations and convert them to future customers
- Participate in continuing education and training programs offered by our senior management team
- Work with a team of fellow Business Managers to review results, brainstorm ideas and create future outreach plans
- Increase customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty by active listening, consultative relationship building, and empathic communication

**Business Manager Skills Preferred**:

- Comfortable operating in fast-paced dynamics and smooth transitions with unprecedented changes

**Basic Qualifications We Look For in an Business Manager**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other related business fields preferred or in the process of completion
- 0-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Client Relations, Customer Service, or internship in related fields
- Flexible Availability Working Weekends

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
