One Federal solution is seeking a motivated Parking Attendant Supervisor to support our Government Client in Washington, DC. The Parking Attendant Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of parking in parking facilities.

**Task and Duties**:

- Oversees these parking operations and ensures coverage of the parking facilities.
- Trains others in the proper procedures, arranges work schedules, answers inquiries from customers, resolves issues with the parking operation.
- Directing customer parking, relocating vehicles, positioning or removing barricades to prevent parking in certain spots.
- Help customers locate their vehicles, inspecting any vehicle damage, maintaining a strong relationship with the Parking Program staff to, reporting any/all parking violations to Parking Program staff immediately, and promoting good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer service.
- All duties will be performed with the utmost professionalism, vehicle safety, and customer service policies strictly adhered to.

**Qualifications**:

- At least five (5) years of experience in parking operations.
- A valid Driver's License and a minimum of three (3) years' prior experience driving.
- The Parking Attendant Supervisor shall have a driving record with:_
- No more than one safety violation or at-fault accident in the past twelve (12) months, and no more than two (2) in the past three (3) years.
- No more than three (3) points currently.
- No DUI(s) or DWI(s) in the past five (5) years.
- Shall have shall not have any negative result on pre-employment and periodic drug screenings **.**
