**The Company**: Hiltz Propane Systems, Inc. constructs Propane Systems for bulk storage, commercial, or industrial uses in the Eastern United States. We are an established, privately owned Company with experts in the Propane field on staff.

The Sales & Service Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting the Sales, Service, and Engineering teams with administrative tasks, managing sales orders and invoices, and ensuring smooth communication between Hiltz and the customer.

**The Location**: This position would primarily be working in our Mount Joy, PA location.
- Occasional_ travel may require site visits for meetings or project review in a construction environment.

**The Position**: We’re looking for an experience Sale & Service Coordinator. This is an hourly position ranging starting at $18 / hour_, based on experience._

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of Experience in a customer support environment.
- Prior experience in a service industry a plus.
- Must be familiar with use of basic MS Office

**Preferred Education and Experience**:Past Customer Service positions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate customer Sales and Service appointments and site visits.
- Handle initial inbound sales and service requests from customers.
- Support Proposal Development and follow-up for the Sales, Service, and Engineering teams.
- Support sales team with lead tracking and follow-up.
- Support and Finalization of Service and Engineering Invoices.
- Ensure Engineering Licenses and regional association memberships are renewed and up to date.
- Act as a key user for sales and estimating software, update quotation data, and generate sales reports.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
