About the Role
The Sales Coordinator is a key member of our team, providing administrative support to management and executives. This role involves preparing and coordinating sales-related events and projects, as well as authoring and preparing presentations and proposals for prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Process sales orders and updates, and maintain internal sales tracking systems
* Answer and make sales calls, and process orders/invoices and contracts
* Create and maintain sales kits and send customer-requested materials
* Assist with travel arrangements for various departments
Requirements
* Associate's degree or relevant experience
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work activities and manage competing demands
* Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Publisher
