Beauty Creations Cosmetics, a beauty brand established in 2016 and paving the way since then, is seeking to hire a dynamic FT Marketing Director to join our team during this exciting and innovative time.

The Marketing Director will set the vision, strategy and implementation for overall marketing operations with the support of the Marketing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategize, organize and execute social media/digital/PR campaigns for the brand; supervise and create a schedule of creative content to post across all platforms to support product launches, promotions, influencer relations and general brand initiatives.
- Amplify, sustain and grow brand awareness across all social media platforms, supervising and executing multiple calendars of marketing initiatives for various campaigns throughout the year, at various tiers of budgeting, tailored to our diverse customer channels.
- Innovative new ideas for social and digital marketing to elevate brand positioning and metrics.
- Collaborate with Retail, Product Development and Ecommerce for better understanding of our brand to accomplish brand goals.
- Manage and track the Marketing Calendar by coordinating and communicating all campaign launches, managing requests, for all necessary creative and ensuring all cross-functional responsibilities are executed according to the calendar
- retailer launch timelines, Ecommerce launch timelines, PR outreach and activations, paid and unpaid influencer partnerships.
- Manage monthly campaigns inclusive of budget tracking.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, including social media and influencer metrics.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day social media management.
- Execute end-to end influencer campaigns from outreach and contract negotiations to content creation, content approval and reporting.
- Identify emerging influencers with huge followings that will help develop our brand.
- Responsible in Marketing team development and responsibilities.
- Perform additional tasks, duties and responsibilities as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar realm
- 5+ years of Marketing/Social/Digital experience (a plus in the Beauty Industry)
- Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Excellent Verbal and communications skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Extensive social media and digital experience.
- Web savvy.
- Advanced knowledge with all popular content management systems.

**Position to start immediately in the city of Pico Rivera.**

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
