Eazy Grease is looking for a **Strategic Partnership Account Executive **to join our team in Miami, FL.
Eazy Grease is a leading used cooking oil recycling company based out of Miami, FL, promoting sustainable practices within the food industry. Our mission is to provide environmentally friendly solutions for restaurants and other food service establishments on the proper disposal and recycling of fryer oil from restaurants as well as providing grease trap cleaning services. As a Strategic Partnership Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, establishing strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting and multi-channel outreach.
As a Strategic Partnership Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, protecting, and acquiring new business opportunities within the food service industry throughout Florida. Your primary goal is to break into enterprise accounts, build strategic partnerships, and drive new leads. This position offers a dynamic work environment, combining on-the-road client visits and networking with office-based tasks, providing a perfect blend of sales development and administrative responsibilities. This role offers a base salary with a commission structure that rewards sales success, providing ample opportunities to increase earnings and advance your career within our growing company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential enterprise customers in the food service industry, including restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, commercial kitchens, stadiums, and any other establishment that uses a deep fryer and grease trap.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively utilizing multi-channel avenues such as cold-calling, networking, social media, and attending industry events to generate leads.
- Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans to break into enterprise accounts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, tailored to the specific needs and requirements of each customer.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers and efficient service delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in business development, preferably within the food service industry or environmental services sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, capable of delivering compelling sales pitches and closing deals.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
