United States Olympic and Paralympic Properties (USOPP) is a commercial joint venture between the Los Angeles Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games 2028 (LA 2028) and the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC). The USOPP is the sole entity charged with marketing and selling combined commercial assets, including; rights to the 2022, 2024, 2026 and 2028 U.S Olympic and Paralympic Teams and the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles.

**Manager, Partnership Marketing**:
The accelerated onboarding and integration of the Manager will be critical as the Partnership Marketing team prepares for the upcoming Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024, ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of all Partner activations and programs this summer. Working in our Los Angeles office, they'll collaborate with our sales, communications, athlete, social impact, creative strategy and design teams, among other departments, to help drive the overall success of Team USA and the LA28 Games. The Manager, Partnership Marketing will report to the Director, Partnership Marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day relationship and needs of multiple commercial partner teams including clients, agencies, and marketing units
- Drive all contractual deliverables and activation for clients/brands, coordinating with PM leadership and internal cross-functional departments to properly plan and deliver as needed to customize and enhance marketing opportunities for clients/brands
- Help ensure all commercial partnership efforts serve to achieve and optimize immediate and long-term business goals, and support all improvements for processes and tracking to KPIs
- Design and deliver project management plans, under the direction of Partnership Marketing Leadership
- Manage ongoing client engagement through meetings, conference calls, and written correspondence
- Support delivery and execution of Partner Games-time contractual obligations and additional needs
- Maintain a directory and inventory of PM materials (both hard and soft), ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
- Manage and facilitate partners' product integration supply rights, obligations, and opportunities between Partner, LA28, and the
