Brand Partnerships Manager, RL Marketing Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand partnership strategy aligned with RL business objectives. Identify, pursue, and secure strategic partnerships with key brands, agencies, and industry players.
  • Foster and maintain exemplary relationships with all current and future external partners and agencies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership execution, including product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate partnerships into overall marketing strategies. N
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Collaborate with leadership to manage budgets for partnership initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovative partnerships.
  • Ensure high level execution of partnership with a goal to over-deliver for both partner and RL.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing experience 10+ years experience in partnership marketing
  • 5+ years experience in a brand partnerships for consumer brands
  • 5+ years experience working on consumer technology brands/products/channels


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience working across marketing channels and influencing product and service experience
  • Experience developing brand strategy for world-renowned companies
  • Experience demonstrating the return of marketing investment in the short- and long-term
  • Experience leading fast growing, cross-functional teams
