This position requires multi-faceted interaction with your customers, needs assessment, problem resolution, development of relationships, and substantial knowledge of the products, services, and processes of our production/installation.

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to engage and complete a consultative sales process with customer prospects provided through company marketing efforts, as well as walk-in customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Reach out to customer leads and establish “next steps” in the sales process
- Present, promote, and sell products and services using excellent needs analysis, listening skills, cost analysis, and presentation of a solution to existing and prospective customers
- “Walk” customers to view and select material needed for their projects
- Create customer estimates, detailed job paperwork, as well as QuickBooks invoices
- Report critical job information in our operating system (Moraware)
- Follow through on the sales process to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Report customer activities in our company CRM
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback and training

**Skills**
- Experience in the Stone industry or builder trade sales prefered
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Multitasking
- Stone sales representative experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM practices
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Strong math skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

**Pay rate determined by qualifications - Great pay for qualified sales people**

This position requires work every Saturday from 9-2 and 4 additional business days from 8-5. You can take off any week day except Monday.
