**OVERVIEW**

The position of Roofing Sales Consultant is an integral part of the customer experience. This role is responsible for growing the business by providing excellent customer service. This position builds relationships and works with customers through the sales process. This position requires the individual to successfully work independently, possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities, ability to climb and inspect roofs.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a team player.
- Should have experience with outside sales, roofing, and construction preferred but will train someone with the right skill set regardless of the type of sales experience.
- Required to meet monthly sales quotas.
- Must be eligible to become a notary of the public.
- Ability to measure a roof. Although we use technology mostly for measurements, it's important to be able to assess the roof for damage and overall condition. Must be comfortable getting on a roof.
- Valid driver’s license (with a clean history) and the ability to drive for extended periods.
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- **Residential Direct Sales Representative Responsibilities**:_
- Deliver sales and marketing presentations to prospective customers in their homes
- Execute agreements efficiently and effectively on behalf of the customer
- Manage customer inquiries
- Increase consumer acquisition and retention
- Build strong customer relationships
- **Complete roof inspections to assess damage and condition of roof**:

- **Provide estimates to replace customer’s existing roof**:

- **Become familiar with products and processes**

**Requirements**:

- Must have professional appearance and demeanor
- Maintain reliable transportation, driver’s license
- Excellent time management skills & proven customer service abilities
- Strong presentation skill set
- Highly motivated to work hard and meet expectations
- Must be ambitious and goal/results oriented
- Experience working toward a personal or professional goal
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and ability to think strategically about a personal and long-term business strategy
- Energetic; passionate about business brand while handling daily tasks professionally
- **About the Company**:_

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
