**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of the estate's buildings, grounds, and amenities.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance issues or safety hazards, and address them in a timely manner.
- Handle repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work as needed.
- Maintain the landscaping and grounds, including mowing lawns, trimming bushes, planting flowers, and maintaining irrigation systems.
- Assist with snow removal and ice management during the winter months.
- Operate and maintain equipment and machinery used in maintenance and landscaping activities.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with estate management and other staff members to coordinate maintenance efforts and prioritize tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance duties.
- Provide excellent customer service to estate residents and guests, responding promptly to maintenance requests and addressing any concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of five years of experience in maintenance and/or landscaping roles, preferably in a residential or estate setting.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices and techniques, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping.
- Experience operating and maintaining maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and power tools.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, guests, and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
