The Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Coordinator is responsible for completing the EVV process of MIKID. The EVV Coordinator will oversee communicating with multiple platforms that work together to encompass EVV requirements. The coordinator will have set daily tasks alongside reporting and projects that are required as needed. The coordinator will be crossed train in Internal Documentation and Data Entry/Eligibility.

**Job Duties**
- Work with SANDATA includes but is not limited to submitting Task Tickets, phone calls, report submissions, follow up, and log communications.
- Work with Credible includes but is not limited to submitting Task Tickets, phone calls, attending meetings, follow up, report submission, and log communications.
- EVV Module
- Error Management Report (EVV BCER)
- in charge of clearing EVV errors and working with multiple platforms to ensure errors are corrected in a timely manner.
- Transmission Report
- Referencing visits sent, Flag to Resend visits as needed, checking the report to ensure visit, claim, and employee fields were successfully sent.
- EVV Mailbox
- handle all internal inquires in a timely manner
- EVV Daily Reports to meet compliance requirements
- Maintain a professional demeanor
- Maintain open communication with your manager.
- Meets all medical records required deadlines as outlined by manager.
- Responsible for maintaining medical records to comply with data validation and medical record audits.
- Other duties as assigned

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work well under deadline pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in dealing with issues of a sensitive nature and follow HIPAA guidelines.

**Requirements**:
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Four (4) years recent experience in the medical records industry processing referrals.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diplomas or equivalent.
- Experience using the Credible billing system preferred.
- Experience with AHCCCS insurance preferred.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery, such as copy machine and printer.
- Occasionally ascends/descends stairs to visit other offices or attend meetings.
- Occasionally positions self to reach desk drawers, file cabinets, etc.
