We are an HVAC (Heating and Air Conditioning) service company providing residential and commercial HVAC services in Baltimore and surrounding counties. Even though we provide HVAC services, we like to think that we are more so in the business of providing exceptional experiences for our customers. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
1. Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to customers to schedule maintenance, service, and installation jobs in scheduling software (will be trained).

2. Always strive to establish a positive rapport with every caller including long standing customers as well as new customers.

3. Maintain clear communication with field technicians regarding appointment updates/adjustments/time sensitive inquiries as needed.

4. Assist all Managers with various tasks as needed, including pricing, estimates, invoices, and accounts receivables.

5. Make equipment and material orders for jobs.

6. Assist in managing the office operations.

7. Promote and establish short term business objectives and long term business vision directed by ownership.

8. Develop and implement new and improved business systems and processes as required.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Experience with customer service

**Mandatory Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Experience with Microsoft, including Word and Excel or Google Spreadsheets.

**MINIMUM JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Mastery of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, is dependable and follows through.
- Ability to read and interpret information.
- High level of maturity to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
