**What you will be doing**
- Capture required data and process through appropriate systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure speedy issue resolutions.
- Help in the resolution of issues with products or services by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Contribute to the organizational success of the company by ensuring customer satisfaction, and team cooperation.
- Cooperate with other departments when needed.

**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Data entry experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to meet deadlines with a positive approach
- Ability to work independently and be a team player
