As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize authorized software to process payments and adjustments
- Navigate multiple software applications, including Salesforce, to manage customer accounts and data
- Process adjustment requests according to customer requirements
- Work independently to meet high-volume phone experience and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience in a financial organization
- High volume phone experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and ability to learn proprietary software
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Salesforce
Work Environment:
This is a temporary position with the potential to extend permanently. The work schedule is 40 hours per week, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes on-site work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
