Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Answer Customer Service Phone Calls
- Schedule Travel and Maintain Calendars
- Schedule and Coordinate Meetings
- Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Payroll overview and employee maintenance

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain all current HR Duties, while developing new HR strategies and benefits. Handling Payroll, Benefits, Employee satisfaction/Employee disciplinary action
- Eliminate unnecessary expenditures/maximize return on expenditures
- Create day-to-day processes for smooth operations of the office
- Assist management in daily operational tasks
- Maintain daily communication with all departments providing management with a daily overview of each department
- Manage all daily sheets
- Manage and organize management's schedule
- Assist in processing and reporting on office expenses
- Maintain physical and digital employee records
- Schedule in-house and external meetings
- Distribute incoming mail
- Manage and order office supplies
- Make travel arrangements
- Organize company documents into updated filing systems
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports
- Update office policies as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles is a plus
- Hands-on experience with GSuite (particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets)
- Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate projects efficiently
- Proficient in data entry tasks
- Basic Math Skills

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
