Job description

Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Consult and coordinate with management on current and future hiring needs.- Source applicants to match hiring requirements, perform preliminary phone screening and schedule interviews.-
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating new hire paperwork and communicating with hiring managers and other members of the HR team.-
- Participate and contribute to recruitment related meetings.-
- Participate in sourcing data analysis, forecasting and planning.- Manage communication with 3rd party agencies and contractors on contractor-related matters, including onboarding, scheduling, terminations, etc.- Assess and manage agency relationships.- Assist the department with various tasks Including HR-Related projects.- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.- Explore and utilize various sourcing channels such as direct sourcing, universities, employee referrals, and career and job fairs.-

Profile and other information related to the position

**Qualifications**:
- High School diploma- 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting or human resources field.- 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics industries, preferred.- Strong organizational and communication skills.- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing priorities.- Excellent attention to detail.- Ability to negotiate, influence and close a deal.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, with hiring managers, prospects, applicants, employees, colleagues, and external partners.- Knowledge of recruiting practices and legal requirements.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.- Experience with Workday preferred.
