Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review repair orders from service advisors.
- Execute tasks as specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately, adhering to industry standards.
- Diagnose vehicle issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Coordinate with the parts department to secure required components.
- Document and tag parts for warranty jobs or customer requests.
- Inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs.
- Communicate promptly with service advisors regarding any changes in repair requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools are accounted for.
- Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and attend required training sessions.
- Follow all safety protocols and report any incidents to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- ASE Certification is preferred.
- Ability to maintain a positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Flexible availability, including weekdays and some weekends.
