: Human Touch Health is seeking a motivated and proactive Recruiting Assistant to join our team in Falls Church, Virginia. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Recruiting, the Recruiting Assistant will provide essential support in all aspects of the recruitment process, contributing to the acquisition of top talent to meet the staffing needs of our growing organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting required documentation, facilitating background checks, and coordinating orientation sessions, in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Regional Director of Recruiting, including organizing files, preparing reports, and assisting with special projects or initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or administrative support role is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other HR software platforms is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
