As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic management of human capital and senior expert advisory and consultative services to our senior management, functional, and operation officials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated human capital strategic plans and management strategies to support the organization's mission and goals.
  • Provide direct supervision to assigned civilian and military employees, and/or through assigned subordinate supervisors.
  • Formulate mid-and short-term plans and provide overall direction and functional expertise regarding all aspects of human capital management.
  • Develop input on human capital programs and requirements for agency Program Objective Memorandums (POM), Budget Estimate Submissions (BES), and other requirements and agency processes.
  • Perform a variety of human resource/personnel policy functions, including personnel policy development, interpretation, implementation, and adaptation.
Requirements
  • One year of specialized experience in supervising a Human Resources Office and demonstrated knowledge and experience in at least 3 of the following: Basic Recruiting, Staffing, Personnel Management, Labor Relations, Management Employee Relations, Budget and Financial Management, and Organizational Structure.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
  • One-year supervisory probationary period required.
