Our Florida Regional HR Manager plays a crucial role in driving various aspects of the organization’s success, making a significant impact in several key areas:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular training sessions for managers and employees on topics such as diversity and inclusion, employee relations, and HR compliance.

- Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field: Master’s degree preferred.
- Five plus (5+) years of HR management experience, preferably in the property management or rel estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization.
- Expert level experience in Microsoft skills (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and other HR technology tools.
- Experience leading an HR team of five or more preferred.
- Ability to travel to various branches in Florida for meetings, events, or as needed (20% travel estimated).
