Job Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Hire, manage, coach mentor, train and support all Regional Operations & Sales team members
  • Direct oversight and P&L management to ensure achievement of net profitability goals, margins, and costs
  • Work with Operations and Sales leads to assist in development and implementation of programs to meet customer requirements
  • Conduct Annual performance reviews for direct team and provide oversight of the next level
  • Develop a growth strategy for the region, focusing on new business development, while maintaining and growing existing business within the region
  • Ensuring proper operational efficiencies within the regional locations
  • Support and develop a culture of Safety in all phases of the business
  • Coordinate with the inside and outside sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & financial goals.
  • Use of ERP and CRM system to perform duties
  • Supervise shipping, receiving and production to ensure that inventory and other financial records are up to date, complete and accurate.


Qualifications:

  • Motivated self-starter with a strong proven track record of 8+ years of customer service success preferred but not required, and the ability to meet & exceed target goals.
  • Experience as a supervisor or group leader required
  • BA in Business, or another related field preferred, but not required
  • Highly organized, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Enjoys working with people and fanatical about customer service
  • Excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills required
  • Solid computer skills including use of MSOffice (Word, Excel & Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs
  • Experience with industrial distribution, preferably fluid power components preferred
  • Familiarity with industrial and hydraulic hose and fittings preferred
  • Must be able to work with a wide variety of people and personalities
